Tebra Care, now a leading healthcare provider search and booking platform in the U.S., was crafted with precision by Reloop Consulting. Working in close collaboration with Tebra’s Agile team, we rapidly adapted to the project’s evolving needs, focusing on delivering a user-centric design and efficient backend processes.

Project Overview

Reloop Consulting was integral in launching Tebra Care, a patient-facing healthcare provider directory developed by Tebra. Collaborating closely with the co-founder and a dedicated team, Reloop led the project from conceptualisation to a live, functional product. Our role encompassed all UX and design-related activities, from the initial validation of wireframes and mockups to the creation of high-fidelity designs and front-end development. Tebra Care continues to serve as a robust directory for healthcare providers and their patients.

Collaborated with the core Agile team to ensure agile project management.
Adopted iterative design approaches, considering developer and product constraints.
Progressed UI designs from low-fidelity to high-fidelity, refining various fidelity streams.
Worked directly with front-end engineers to optimize interactions and consumer experiences.
Developed the backend onboarding flow for provider sign-ups.
Conducted comprehensive market research to benchmark against competitors.
