Tebra emerged from the merger of two health technology leaders, PatientPop and Kareo. Managing the transition while both original companies were still operational presented significant challenges for the brand and online identity. Reloop Consulting was enlisted to streamline this complex transition.

Reloop Consulting played a pivotal role in the strategic transition of PatientPop and Kareo to the new Tebra brand. Our efforts focused on ensuring a smooth rollout of the new branding across all digital platforms, taking into account key considerations such as SEO and online visibility to minimise disruption and maintain customer trust.
